Construction of the lodge is on schedule, the outside walls are painted and the roof is on. We are hoping to have the restaurant and the complete store open sometime in early July. For the time being, we have a temporary store open with some basic supplies. There are 5 new cabins open and available to rent.
Early in the morning of October the 1st 2007. a fire destroyed the main lodge, which includes the store and restaurant. There were no major injuries. The fire spread to several cabins, and several other buildings, including the generator shed, before it was extinguished.
